Role Purpose
Generate sales of Sabala Farms products by building relationships with residential societies, corporate offices, schools, hospitals, clubs, and community groups while educating consumers about natural farming, soil health, and cow-based cultivation practices.
The role combines sales, customer acquisition, product demonstrations, sampling campaigns, and customer education.
Key Responsibilities
1. Society Sales
· Meet Managing Committees of housing societies.
· Conduct product awareness sessions.
· Organize weekend stalls and sampling activities.
· Generate bulk orders from residents.
· Build recurring monthly customer groups.
Monthly Target
· 15–20 society meetings
· 5–8 society activations
· 50–75 new customers
2. Corporate Sales
· Approach HR, CSR, Administration, and Procurement teams.
· Propose employee wellness hampers.
· Arrange tasting and awareness sessions.
· Generate festive and bulk gifting orders.
· Build long-term corporate relationships.
Monthly Target
· 20 corporate meetings
· 2–3 corporate orders
· Employee engagement events
