We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Female Counter Sales Executive to join our team at Hardik Jewels
The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury goods, a customer-centric approach, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage with customers to establish a positive connection
• Provide excellent customer service by advising clients about our range of jewelry, assisting them in making the best choices for their needs
• Ensure display of merchandise is up to the company's visual standards
• Process payments and handle cash register duties
• Maintain an updated knowledge about the latest trends in the jewelry industry
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Achieve sales targets set by the management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree would be a plus
• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector
• Excellent command over English with effective communication skills
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
