What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience for every customer.

• Understand customer preferences and recommend products that match their style and needs.

• Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective upselling.

• Ensure the store is visually appealing by maintaining high visual merchandising standards.

• Manage stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and store housekeeping.

• Process billing and POS transactions efficiently while maintaining operational excellence.

• Collaborate with the team to create a positive, energetic, and customer-first shopping environment.
