About the Role

Divine is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused International Customer Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling international customers through calls, emails, and chats, providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customer interactions through calls, emails, and chat.

• Respond to customer queries professionally and efficiently.

• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

• Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, processes, and policies.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow up whenever required.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

• Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and performance targets.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and process guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 1–5 years in BPO, Customer Service, International Voice, Email, Chat, or blended processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable communicating with international customers.

• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email/chat platforms.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week in a night shift is mandatory.
