Key Responsibilities
Provide academic and career counselling to students based on their interests, skills, and aspirations.
Guide students through the admission process, including course selection, eligibility, and documentation.
Conduct counselling sessions—one-on-one, telephonic, and online—to address student queries.
Maintain updated knowledge about various courses, institutes, universities, and career paths.
Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and orientation programs.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing activities and ensure timely conversions.
Maintain records of student interactions, enquiries, and admissions.
Support marketing and outreach initiatives such as school visits, education fairs, and webinars.
Collaborate with academic departments to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Master’s in Education or Psychology is an advantage.
