Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to kickstart their careers in sales, client engagement, and business growth within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
Engage with prospective students, parents, or institutional partners
Explain company offerings and guide potential clients through the enrollment process
Maintain and update leads in CRM systems
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful enrollments
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (final-year students may also apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts (training will be provided)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
Comfortable with calling and client interaction
Preferred Skills
Good verbal and written communication
Negotiation and persuasion abilities
Time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace
