Job description

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Loan Application Processing: Collect and review loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
Credit Evaluation: Assess applicants creditworthiness by analyzing financial data, credit scores, and repayment capacity.
Loan Authorization & Recommendation: Approve, reject, or recommend loans based on institutional policies and risk assessment.
Customer Interaction: Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and answer client queries.
Negotiation: Work with clients to structure loan terms that meet both borrower needs and lender requirements.
Compliance: Ensure all loan activities adhere to banking regulations and internal policies.
Collaboration: Coordinate with underwriting teams, credit analysts, and other financial professionals.
Record Management: Maintain and update loan files, account records, and transaction histories.
