Job Description: Sales Counselor – IT Courses {male , female}

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Counselor who will be responsible

for converting enquiries into admissions for our IT courses. The candidate must have strong

communication skills, counseling ability, and a sales-driven mindset to achieve monthly

targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding IT courses (MS Office, Advanced Excel, Tally

with GST, Data Science, Graphic Designing, Animation, etc.).

• Handle walk-ins, telephonic enquiries, and online leads.

• Convert enquiries into admissions through proper follow-up and convincing skills.

• Achieve monthly sales/admission targets.

• Maintain daily lead records and update CRM/Excel sheets.

• Conduct career guidance sessions to recommend suitable courses.

• Follow up with pending leads on a regular basis.

• Coordinate with trainers and branch staff for smooth admission process.

• Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and marketing campaigns when

required.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.

• Good knowledge of basic computer operations.

• Ability to handle objections and close sales.

• Presentable personality with professional behavior.

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream.

• 1–3 years experience in sales/counseling (Education sector preferred).

• Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply.
