E-Commerce Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms and good knowledge of product listing, order processing, inventory management, and seller panels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other e-commerce platforms.

• Create and update product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and product details.

• Handle daily order processing, cancellations, returns, and replacements.

• Manage inventory and ensure product availability across marketplaces.

• Monitor seller panels and resolve marketplace-related issues.

• Coordinate with courier/logistics teams for smooth order dispatch and delivery.

• Monitor sales, orders, returns, and marketplace performance.

• Prepare basic reports using MS Excel.

• Ensure accurate product information and maintain catalog quality.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Operations.

• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho.

• Good knowledge of Product Listing & Catalog Management.

• Knowledge of Order Processing, Inventory & Returns Management.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
