We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at at Hopup India. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹14,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers professionally.
Explain games, attractions, packages, offers, and safety guidelines.
Handle customer queries and basic complaints.
Assist with bookings, game cards, payments, and customer requirements.
Monitor assigned areas and ensure SOP and safety compliance.
Coordinate with the Operations and Technical teams for issues.
Support upselling, events, and promotional activities.
Collect customer feedback and escalate concerns when required.
Maintain grooming, discipline, and professional behaviour
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th & Above and candidate must be a fresher. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
