Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
Engage with decision-makers such as CEOs, Managers, Procurement Heads, etc.
Lead Qualification
Understand client requirements and assess business needs.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria (industry, budget, interest, decision timeline).
Maintain accurate lead status in CRM tools.
Appointment Scheduling
Fix meetings or product demo appointments for the sales team.
Coordinate with internal sales managers for smooth handover of qualified leads.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain call logs, lead databases, and daily activity reports.
Update lead information regularly in CRM/Excel sheets.
Track call performance and conversion metrics.
Relationship Building
Develop professional communication with prospective clients.
Build trust and maintain follow-up cycles for nurturing leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in handling cold calls and objection management.
Basic understanding of B2B sales and the lead generation process.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Ability to work with targets and a performance-driven environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
Knowledge of corporate sales processes and market research.
