Key Responsibilities:

 Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.

 Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

 Understand client business needs and align Cybex’s data solutions accordingly.

 Conduct product demonstrations and provide training on Cybex platforms.

 Ensure high client retention through proactive communication, timely issue

resolution, and consistent value delivery.

 Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and coordinate closely with the sales

team.

 Maintain accurate CRM records and document all client interactions.

 Gather client feedback and collaborate with product and technical teams for

continuous improvement.

 Prepare regular reports on account status, performance, and customer satisfaction

metrics.

Requirements

 Proven experience in customer relationship management or client servicing.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

 Experience in the trade data industry will be an added advantage.

 Proficiency in CRM software

 Strong customer-centric mindset

 High attention to detail
