About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and passionate Sales Counsellors who can connect with learners, understand
their aspirations, and guide them toward the right courses. If you thrive in a performance-driven

Key Responsibilities
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls and follow-ups.
Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Conduct meaningful conversations to showcase the value of our programs.
Address queries, handle objections, and successfully close enrollments.
Build and maintain long-term learner relationships.
Maintain accurate sales records and share insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum 1-4 years of experience including 6 months - 1 year in EdTech sales experience (with at least 1 year in the same company).
Graduate degree mandatory.
Willingness to work 6 days a week.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
Fluents English Communication skills are mandatory
