Lead & Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records in CRM software.
Sales Support: Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Feedback & Reporting: Collect customer feedback and prepare reports on service issues to improve company performance.
