Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, promoting products or services, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.

• Contact potential and existing customers through calls.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Follow up with leads, inquiries, and prospective customers.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports when required.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order processing.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

• Follow company sales policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

• Good negotiation and convincing skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
