Roles and Responsibilities of CRM
1. Managing Online Orders (Shopify)
Monitor and process daily Shopify orders.
Track shipping and delivery status for each order.
Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve delivery delays or stuck shipments.
Handle customer queries related to Shopify orders, payments, and deliveries.
Sales Order Management
Create and update sales orders accurately in the system.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
Customer Database Management
Create and maintain customer profiles with up-to-date contact information.
Ensure all customer details are properly recorded for future communication and service.
Communication & Customer Support
Attend to customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly.
Respond to inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure complete satisfaction.
Marketing & Promotion
Promote Sangam Sweets’ products, offers, and festive campaigns through WhatsApp and email.
Prepare and send mass mailers for product launches, discounts, and special occasions.
Quotation Preparation
Prepare and share quotations for bulk or corporate orders.
Follow up with clients for order confirmations and payments.
Shipping Coordination
Track dispatches and deliveries in real-time.
Communicate with courier partners regarding shipment delays or exceptions.
Update customers with accurate shipping details and estimated delivery timelines.
