Inside Sales Executive

"Job Description:

As a Jewellery Retail Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in the jewellery department. You will assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces, offering product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, understanding their preferences and needs.Showcase and demonstrate jewellery products, highlighting unique features and benefits.

Provide expert advice on gemstones, metals, and styles, helping customers make informed decisions.Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

Maintain a clean and organized jewellery display, ensuring visual appeal.Stay updated on industry trends, new collections, and product knowledge.

Build and nurture relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional manner.

Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in jewellery retail sales preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewellery trends.Sales-oriented with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.Team player with a positive attitude.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.

Education:High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certifications in gemology or retail sales are a plus.
