Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team Movvatech Business Services This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist potential customers with product and service inquiries.

• Generate and qualify leads by understanding customer requirements.

• Explain company products, services, offers, and benefits to prospective customers.

• Schedule appointments, demos, or follow-up calls for the sales team.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance customer experience.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer support

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is (Minimum Qualification 12th) and (Experience Range 6Months - 1 year) Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile.
