Job Summary We’re seeking a dynamic Backend Executive who can leverage AI tools to engage and attract customers, while efficiently collecting and managing data from diverse talent pools. The role blends creative thinking, AI‑driven outreach, and meticulous data handling to support our international KPO services.

Key Responsibilities- Use AI chatbots, predictive dialers, and personalized email sequences to attract and nurture potential customers.

- Deploy AI‑based tools (e.g., sentiment analysis, lead scoring) to prioritize high‑potential prospects.

- Collect, clean, and enrich data from multiple sources – surveys, social media, industry portals, freelance platforms, etc.

- Collaborate with creative team to design engaging outreach content (videos, graphics, copy) that aligns with AI‑generated insights.

- Maintain accurate records in CRM & internal databases; ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and actionable insights for the sales & marketing teams.

- Identify process gaps and recommend AI‑automation solutions to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

- 1‑2 years of experience in backend operations, BPO/KPO, or customer acquisition (AI‑enabled tools a strong plus).

- Hands‑on experience with AI tools – chatbots, NLP models, lead‑generation software, predictive analytics.

- Proficiency in data collection tools (web scraping, APIs, Excel, SQL).

- Strong creative sense – copywriting, basic graphic design, video editing (Canva, Adobe tools).

- Excellent communication skills (English + local language).

Technical Skills (Nice‑to‑Have)

- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

- Knowledge of data‑visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
