Position: Educational Counselor

Key Responsibilities

Student & Parent Counseling

Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, and academic opportunities.

Understand student needs and provide proper academic guidance.

Calling & Follow-ups

Handle inquiry calls and follow-up calls with parents and students.

Maintain regular WhatsApp and phone communication to convert leads into admissions.

Home Visits

Visit parents’ homes when required to explain programs and guide them about admissions.

Build trust with parents and help them understand the benefits of the program.

Admission Process

Explain course details, fees structure, and program benefits.

Complete the admission and registration process smoothly.

Convincing & Conversion

Use strong communication and convincing skills to convert inquiries into admissions.

Handle parent queries and objections confidently.

Lead Management

Maintain proper records of inquiries, calls, follow-ups, and admissions.

Required Skills

Strong communication and convincing skills

Confidence in calling and counseling parents

Ability to handle home visits and face-to-face discussions

Good presentation and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualification

Graduate in any stream

Experience in education counseling / admissions / sales preferred

Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
