Counseling: specific career guidance to students and parents regarding our courses/programs.
Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective leads.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly admission/revenue targets.
Follow-ups: Rigorous follow-up with potential leads to ensure conversion.
Reporting: Maintain accurate data of calls and conversions in the CRM/Excel.
Experience: [X] years in Education Sales, Tele-calling, or Counseling.
