Job Location: Office Based
We are looking for a Computer Operator & Telecaller who can handle computer work along with outbound/inbound calling. The candidate should be confident in communication and basic computer operations.
Make outbound calls to customers/leads for information, follow-ups, and sales support
Attend inbound calls and resolve customer queries
Maintain daily call records and customer data in the system
Data entry, documentation, and report preparation
Coordinate with the team and update work status
Follow company calling scripts and guidelines
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet, Email)
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
Telecalling or customer support experience preferred
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Polite, confident, and professional attitude
Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate
Experience: Fresher or Experienced (as per requirement)
