Job Description: Off-Roll Field Executive (Collections)

Position: Field Executive - Collections (Off-Roll)

Number of Openings: 16

Location: Hyderabad & K.V. Rangareddy

Employment Type: Off-Roll / Contractual

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Executives to support our collections operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing field collection activities, customer interactions, and achieving assigned recovery targets while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits for collection and recovery activities.

Visit 7-10 assigned cases daily and ensure timely follow-up.

Meet customers and negotiate repayment plans wherever applicable.

Achieve monthly collection targets and maintain productivity standards.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution.

Update collection status and field visit outcomes on a regular basis.

Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and compliance guidelines.

Build professional relationships with customers while maintaining service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience in Collections, Recovery, Field Operations, or related activities.

Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage daily operational requirements and meet assigned targets.

Strong field orientation and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

DRA Certified candidates preferred.

Non-DRA candidates may also be considered.

Knowledge of local geography will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirements

SALARY UPTO 28K NTH

Two-wheeler with valid driving license.

Smartphone for field reporting and coordination.

Male candidates only.

Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and K.V. Rangareddy locations.
