Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Understand client business needs and align Cybex’s data solutions accordingly.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide training on Cybex platforms.
Ensure high client retention through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and consistent value delivery.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and coordinate closely with the sales team.
Maintain accurate CRM records and document all client interactions.
Gather client feedback and collaborate with product and technical teams for continuous improvement.
Prepare regular reports on account status, performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer relationship management or client servicing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Experience in the trade data industry will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in CRM software
Strong customer-centric mindset
