The primary responsibility of the Business Development Executive is client acquisition and business growth. This includes generating new business leads for domestic buyers, the role also involves on boarding vendors and clients marketplaces, as well as finalizing direct Corporate sales & B2B deals with clients.
Another key area is market research and lead generation, you must identify potential markets for thermal paper rolls, conduct competitor analysis, and explore new business opportunities. Continuous research and qualified lead generation are expected to ensure a strong sales pipeline. Schedule meeting with client.
You also responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. This requires maintaining domestic sales pipelines and ensuring consistent revenue growth aligned with company goals.
Important is client relationship management. Must build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, handle customer queries effectively, and provide timely resolutions to ensure a high client satisfaction rate and repeat business.
You must ensure coordination and reporting by closely working with internal teams such as production, logistics, achieve timely deliveries. Daily and weekly sales reports, along with business updates, must be shared with management in an accurate and timely manner.
