Client Relationship Executive

At Talisman Awards, client servicing is about clarity, speed, and flawless execution.
We create custom trophies and awards for some of the biggest corporate, sports and entertainment events in India. We’re looking for someone who enjoys speaking to clients, understanding their requirements, following up properly, and helping turn ideas into beautiful awards.

This is not a typical sales job. It’s more about communication, coordination, patience, and ownership.

What you’ll do

• Convert inbound leads and support business growth

• Understand client needs and recommend the right solutions

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate execution

• Own client communication, satisfaction, and retention

• Work towards assigned sales targets

What we’re looking for

• Strong command over English (spoken and written)

• Keen to learn; comfortable with new tools and processes

• Ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong follow-through

• Experience in sales support/business development (lead handling + conversion)
