Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Counsellor to join our growing team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in business development through lead generation, program promotion, candidate counseling, and team coordination across different states.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead your own sales team at the state level to achieve business targets.
Promote NIIT-supported bank-linked training programs and onboard eligible candidates.
Generate leads through your team and convert them into successful program registrations.
Counsel students and job seekers on career opportunities and guide them through the admission process.
Support and mentor your team members to close admissions and meet state-level targets.
Collaborate with the management team to plan and implement strategic business initiatives in your region.

Requirements:
