Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Present and promote the company's financial products and services effectively.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable wealth management solutions.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow up with leads regularly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or financial services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Knowledge of financial products, investments, or wealth management will be an added advantage.
