Area Business Manager (ABM) – Agency Partner Channel

Job Summary

HDFC Life is looking for experienced and result-oriented sales professionals for the position of Area Business Manager (ABM) in the Agency Partner Channel. The selected candidate will be responsible for business development, partner relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive life insurance sales through the agency partner channel.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

- Support and motivate agency partners to improve sales performance.

- Monitor business performance and prepare sales reports.

- Assist with partner recruitment, training, and development.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term business relationships.

- Leadership and team coordination abilities.

- Knowledge of insurance or banking products is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

- Experience in life insurance, banking, financial services, or agency sales is preferred.

- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage business relationships.

Salary and Benefits

- Annual CTC: ₹4–6 LPA.
