Salary: 40,000-50,000 per month

House Construct is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development / Sales Manager to drive business growth in the construction and real estate sector.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field sales, client meetings, referrals, and networking.

• Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.

• Understand customer requirements, budgets, timelines, and construction needs.

• Present construction solutions, proposals, quotations, and project details.

• Handle negotiations and convert leads into successful closures.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM updates.

• Coordinate with QS, Design, Engineering, and Project teams for smooth execution.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Support and guide junior sales team members when required.

👤 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Field Sales.

• Strong client network and business development skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating business.

• Good knowledge of the Bangalore real estate and construction market.

• Comfortable with frequent client meetings, field work, and site visits.

• Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
