We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Propvisor. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibilities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Sourcing new prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. A typical performance indicator requires sourcing 50–100+ new leads per week.
Client Presentations: Demonstrating products or services and articulating value propositions.
Negotiation and Closing: Tailoring pricing models and contract terms to secure deals. Typical executives aim for a 20%–30% conversion rate from qualified leads to closed sales.
Pipeline Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in CRM systems
Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
Job Requirements:
Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling and Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
