Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing them with detailed information about our products and services.

Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.
Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and stocked with the latest product offerings.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain customer records and feedback to improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
A graduate degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Presentable and professional appearance.
Previous experience in the premium gifting or retail industry is preferred but not mandatory.
