Business Development Manager will be the face of our company, responsible for engaging with walk-in customers at our store. This role is crucial in ensuring that every customer receives a premium experience, aligning with our brand values and standards.

Ground Floor, SCO NO. 28-29-30, 9-D, Sector 9, Chandigarh, 160017

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing them with detailed information about our products and services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Understand customer needs and preferences to offer personalized gifting solutions.

• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.

• Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and stocked with the latest product offerings.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintain customer records and feedback to improve service delivery.
  

Qualifications:

• A graduate degree in any discipline.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Presentable and professional appearance.

• Previous experience in the premium gifting or retail industry is preferred but not mandatory.
