Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Business Development
Identify and generate new client leads through LinkedIn outreach, references, and networking.
Fix meetings with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Business Leaders.
Present recruitment services (Permanent Hiring / Contract Staffing / Executive Search / RPO).
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
🔹 Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups to generate repeat business.
Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction.
Develop key accounts for continuous hiring mandates.
🔹 Revenue & Target Management
Achieve monthly / quarterly revenue targets.
Ensure revenue collection within the stipulated time.
