Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Lead / Business Development Manager who can drive new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build strong partnerships for our software and technology solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
Identify and connect with potential clients (Startups, SMEs, Enterprises).
Generate new business leads through online platforms and networks.
2. Client Outreach
Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other professional platforms.
Initiate conversations and nurture prospects.
3. Proposal Management
Understand client requirements.
Prepare and send business proposals and presentations.
4. Business Meetings
Schedule and conduct qualified discovery meetings with prospects.
Coordinate with the technical team for solution discussions.
5. Partnerships
Build partnerships with agencies, consultants, universities, and startups.
Explore collaboration opportunities for mutual growth.
6. CRM & Reporting
Maintain pipeline in CRM.
Track leads, meetings, and conversions.
Targets / KPIs
Generate 8–10 qualified meetings per month.
Build a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B sales or IT services sales.
Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and lead generation tools.
Ability to understand software solutions and explain them to clients.
Salary / Compensation
₹360000 Annual CTC
Commission: 5% – 8% on closed deals
Performance-based incentives.
Preferred Background
Experience in IT services / software development sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools.
Strong professional network is a plus.
