Designation: Development Manager
Agent Recruitment: Spearhead the recruitment of Agents through diverse channels to ensure the attainment of business targets.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance service levels for clients, ensuring the sustenance of existing business through effective follow-ups, coordination with stakeholders for approvals and payouts, and other administrative activities.
New Business Development: Explore and identify new business avenues through cold calling, generation of referrals, business leads, and networking through agents.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and enhance business opportunities to contribute to overall organizational growth
Experience Required :
Minimum 2 years of Field sales experience
Maximum CTC: 3.84lpa
Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years
