As a Customer Support Executive , you will be the first point of interaction for customers—guiding them through their interior material needs, building trust, and ensuring they make the best decisions for their homes.
Consult clients on interior material requirements based on their project needs
Analyze client preferences, budget, and design goals to recommend curated options
Engage with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails, ensuring timely responses
Qualify incoming leads and manage the customer lifecycle from first contact to conversion
Collaborate with the sales team to drive visits to Experience Centres and close deals
Maintain detailed client records in CRM for smooth follow-ups and handovers
Upsell and cross-sell across categories (tiles, plywood, laminates, wallpapers, etc.)
Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu is a plus
Background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred
Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills
Ability to work under a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, Google Workspace, etc.)
Enthusiasm for design, interiors, and customer interaction
2–3 interview rounds with leadership
