Job Title: Business Development Manager (LAP + NPA Handling)

Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR

Role Overview:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) / Secured Loans along with NPA case handling. The candidate will be responsible for business generation, managing delinquent accounts, and coordinating with internal teams for recovery and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate business through LAP / Mortgage loan products
Handle NPA / delinquent cases (30+, 60+, 90+ DPD buckets)
Follow up on overdue accounts, settlements, and closures
Coordinate with collections, legal, and recovery teams
Manage SARFAESI, possession, and auction-related processes
Build and manage DSA / channel partner network
Lead and handle a sales team (DST / field executives)
Achieve monthly targets (disbursement + recovery)
Maintain proper documentation and client relationships

Candidate Requirements:

3–7 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Loans
Must have NPA / collections handling experience
Knowledge of SARFAESI Act and recovery process
Team handling experience required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Qualification:

Graduate

Salary:

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 (based on experience)

Preferred Background:

Experience in NBFC / Banking sector
