Job Overview:
As Sales Manager at Provident Capital, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of real estate transactions. You will be responsible for generating business, negotiating deals, and contributing to the overall success of the company. This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maximize Revenue and Lead Closures:
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new leads across multiple channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Follow up on leads to convert potential clients into long-term customers.
2. Business Acquisition and Client Development:
• Acquire new clients by implementing direct and indirect sales strategies.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
3. Client Meetings and Relationship Management:
• Schedule, conduct, and lead meetings with potential clients, addressing their concerns and presenting real estate investment opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and long-term business. 4. Negotiation and Deal Closure:
• Lead negotiations and close deals efficiently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements between clients and the company.
• Handle client objections and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and successful closure.
5. Customer Feedback and Internal Collaboration:
• Collect feedback from clients to identify opportunities for improvement and share insights with internal teams for further refinement of service offerings.
• Maintain open communication with the sales team, marketing, and management to align strategies and meet objectives.
6. Pre- and post-sales Support:
• Provide exceptional pre- and post-sales services, assisting clients with any queries or concerns, and ensuring they receive excellent support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Guide clients with follow-ups to maintain high satisfaction levels.
