GPay Hiring & Interview Process 1. Candidate Submission & Screening (Mandatory) ● All candidates must be properly screened before submission. ● Only relevant and eligible candidates should be submitted. ● Every candidate must be submitted through the Candidate Lineup Form. ● Ensure that all CTC details are accurate and verified. ● Candidates must be submitted strictly within the approved salary budget. Preferred Candidates ● Immediate joiners ● Candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days or 30 days Important: If the Candidate Lineup Form is not completed, the interview will not be scheduled under any circumstances. Interview Planning & Location ● Interviews will be conducted Monday to Friday. ● Please follow up with candidates and confirm their availability before 10:30 AM every day. ● Once availability is confirmed, update the group before 10:30 AM: “Hi Khumani, we have 5/6 candidates available for the interview today. Kindly share the interview time and slots for the day.” ⚠ Please note: Interviews will be scheduled only when we have a minimum of 5 confirmed candidates. If there are only 1–2 candidates available, interviews will not be scheduled for that day. ● Locations 3. Interview Process The interview process consists of two rounds: ● Round 1: Conducted by the CLM of the respective cluster ● Round 2: Candidates must submit a 2-minute video demonstrating "How would you sell a pen?" Video Guidelines: 1. 👔 Dress Code: Wear a formal shirt and maintain a professional appearance. 2. 💡 Lighting: Record the video in a well-lit place. Ensure your face is clearly visible. 3. 🧹 Background: Choose a clean, neat, and distraction-free background. 4. 📱 Camera Position: Keep the camera stable and at eye level. Record in vertical mode unless instructed otherwise. 5. 🎙 Audio: Make sure your voice is clear and there is minimal background noise. 6. 👀 Presentation: Look directly into the camera while speaking and maintain confidence. 7. ⏱ Duration: Keep the video concise and focused, preferably within 1–2 minutes. 8. 🖊 Sell a Pen Pitch: Explain the product confidently by highlighting its features, benefits, and why the customer should buy it. Try to make the pitch engaging rather than simply describing the pen. 9. 🗣 Communication: Speak clearly, professionally, and at a comfortable pace. Avoid reading directly from a script. 10. 📤 Final Check: Before sharing, please watch the video once to ensure the face, voice, and presentation are clear. You may take reference from YouTube or ChatGPT to understand how to structure a professional “Sell a Pen” pitch. Post-Selection Document Submission 1. Candidate Eligibility Criteria A. Employment Stability ● A minimum of 3 months' tenure in the current organization is mandatory. If the current tenure is less than 3 months: ● Previous organization documents must be provided. ● Overall employment stability will be verified before proceeding. B. Mandatory Requirements Candidates must have: ● A personal bike ● A valid driving license ● A smartphone (mandatory for field operations and reporting) 6. Important Eligibility Note ● Candidates who are currently working with or have previously worked for NetAmbit are not eligible for the GPay hiring process. 7. Salary Hike Structure The offered salary will be based on current employment status and incentive performance: For Currently Working Candidates 1. If the candidate has earned 2000 incentive points or more in their last organization → 20% Salary Hike 2. If the candidate has earned 1000 incentive points or more → 15% Salary Hike 3. If the candidate has not earned any incentive → 12% Salary Hike For Candidates Currently Not Working 1. If the candidate had previously earned 2000 incentive points or more → 15% Salary Hike 2. If the candidate did not earn any incentive in the previous organization → No salary hike will be provided

C. Important Salary Guidelines ● Candidates must provide valid documentation to justify incentive claims 8. Candidate Preparation (Most Important) ● Share the Candidate Preparation Guide (PDF) with every candidate before the interview. ● Ensure candidates understand all interview guidelines, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and the complete hiring process. 9.
