## Job Summary

We are seeking a confident, target-oriented, and result-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a willingness to learn and achieve business targets

## Key Responsibilitie

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, online research, and other channels

- Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements

- Explain company products and services to prospective customers

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

- Follow up with leads, prospects, and clients to convert opportunities into sales

- Schedule meetings and product or service presentations with prospective clients

- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction

- Research market trends, competitors, and potential customer segments

## Required Skill

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Confidence in interacting with clients over calls and in person.

Good problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
