Business Development Executive (B2B Sales – TradeIndia Process)

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
🔹 Job Summary
We are hiring energetic and motivated Business Development Executives for the TradeIndia B2B sales process. Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn can also apply.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
•	Make outbound B2B calls to SMEs & explain TradeIndia services.
•	Generate leads and convert them into paid customers.
•	Meet daily/weekly sales activity targets (calls, meetings, follow-ups).
•	Maintain CRM, reports, and client interactions.
•	Ensure smooth onboarding of closed clients.
🔹 Mandatory Conditions (Same as BDM)
1.	raining: 15 Days (50% Salary)
•	7 Days Classroom Training
•	7 Days On-the-Job Training
•	Salary during 15 days = 50% only
2.	Minimum Sales for Certification
•	Must generate minimum ₹50,000 sales (excl. GST) during training.
•	If NOT achieved → No certification + no payment for training.
3.	Salary Deduction Policy
Monthly Target: ₹1,60,000
•	Achieve 75% or above → No deduction
•	Below 75% → Salary deduction will apply
🔹 Requirements
•	0–2 years of experience in Sales / Telesales / B2B Sales
•	Freshers with excellent communication may apply
•	Strong persuasion skills & confidence
•	Ability to meet daily activity targets
•	Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM usage)
