🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive

📍 Location: Gaur City Mall, Near 4 Murti, Greater Noida

🌙 Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM)

📅 Work Days: Monday – Friday (5-Day Work Week)

💼 What You'll Do

🔹 Identify and connect with US clients, Tier-1 vendors, and staffing partners

🔹 Generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn & other platforms

🔹 Build strong, long-term client relationships

🔹 Coordinate with recruitment teams for quick closures

🔹 Maintain and update client/vendor databases

🔹 Conduct market research to discover new business opportunities

✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

✔ Confidence with a knack for negotiation

✔ Basic knowledge of US Staffing (training will be provided)

✔ Comfortable working in night shifts
