We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and networking
Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities
Maintain records of sales activities in CRM tools
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing ability
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Willingness to learn and grow in sales
