Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, have strong listening abilities, and be confident in handling customer interactions over the phone. The role involves generating qualified leads, understanding customer requirements, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
Communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and amenities to potential buyers.
Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Confident and polite telephone etiquette.
Ability to build rapport with customers over calls.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, pre-sales, customer support, BPO, or real estate sales is an advantage.
