Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Handle and convert interested and verified leads into successful closures
• Attend client meetings, property presentations, and business networking events
• Build strong relationships with investors, brokers, channel partners, and clients
• Conduct site visits and explain project details professionally
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers
• Generate business through personal references and market connections
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with CRM and management team for smooth client handling
• Represent the company professionally in market circles and business communities
• Develop long-term customer trust and repeat business opportunities
Candidate Requirements
Education
Preferred candidates with:
• B.Tech
• MBA
• Graduation / Post Graduation in any stream
Experience
• Experience in sales, real estate, business development, or client handling preferred
• Senior role candidates should have prior team handling or strong closure experience
