✨ What you’ll do:
— Coordinate with talents, influencers, and celebrities on campaigns and events
— Support brand collaboration projects from briefing to execution
— Be on ground at events — setting up, managing guests, running logistics — Track trends, spot emerging creators, and present your findings to the team
— Build presentations, reports, and trackers using MS Office and Google Workspace — Use AI tools to work faster and smarter
The reality of this job (non-negotiable):
🕥 Office hours are 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
🌙 Events run late. Some nights you will finish past 9 or 10 PM. This is part of the job.
📍 You must currently be based in Hyderabad. Relocation candidates will be considered on case to case basis

You're the right fit if:
✔ You speak and write in English confidently — not perfectly, but clearly
✔ You follow creators, influencers, and entertainment trends — not just casually, but genuinely
✔ You know at least the basics of PowerPoint, Excel, and Google tools
✔ You've used ChatGPT, Canva, or any AI tool at least once
✔ You don't have an ego about doing "small" tasks — in events, everyone does everything
✔ When things go wrong at the last minute, you communicate first and panic later
✔ You live in Hyderabad and can join immediately or within 2 weeks
📌 Note: Candidates residing within a 20 km radius of Nanakramguda / Financial District, Hyderabad will be preferred. Even 12th pass candidates are welcome.
