Key Responsibilities:
1.Business Growth:
oIdentify and acquire new domestic and international business opportunities.
oDrive incremental business from existing clients through proactive account management and relationship building.
2.Team Management:
oLead and mentor a team of business development officers, ensuring they meet their individual and team targets.
oFoster a high-performance culture and provide regular training and feedback.
3.Lead Management:
oMaintain and track all new and existing leads through CRM tools.
oActively follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts, ensuring optimal conversion rates.
4.Client Relations & Key Account Management:
oEstablish strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
oImplement proactive and dynamic account management strategies to exceed client expectations.
5.Operational Coordination:
oCollaborate with internal departments (R&D, QA, QC, and production) to ensure timely and error-free deliveries.
oOversee product costing and ensure alignment with client requirements and company profitability goals.
6.Strategic Planning & Reporting:
oDevelop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
oPrepare and present regular performance reports to the Directors, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
