Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard new clients, including HNIs, corporates, family offices, wealth management firms, distributors, and institutional investors, while building and maintaining strong business relationships to drive repeat business and revenue growth.
- Promote and distribute fixed-income investment products such as Corporate Bonds, Government Securities, NCDs, SDLs, and other debt instruments by understanding client requirements and recommending suitable investment opportunities.
- Identify and develop new markets, distribution channels, and business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with the Research, Marketing, Sales, Dealing, and Operations teams to provide market insights, investment recommendations, and ensure seamless execution, settlement, documentation, and reporting of transactions.
- Monitor market trends, interest rate movements, competitor activities, and product performance to support business development initiatives and formulate effective sales strategies.
- Address client queries, compliance-related requirements, and service concerns while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, sales activities, and prepare MIS reports, business updates, and performance reports for management.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business development targets while adhering to regulatory guidelines and internal company policies.
