Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role
Shivomay Tech is looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executives to promote our training programs, connect with prospective candidates, generate leads, and drive admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Promote the company's training programs, including Banking, Automation, Fire Safety, and Aviation.
Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, references, and other marketing activities.
Explain program details, benefits, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities to candidates.
Convert interested candidates into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain candidate databases and update daily calling and follow-up reports.
Build positive relationships with candidates and guide them throughout the admission process.
Work with the team to achieve business growth and enrollment targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain records.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
