We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive who can connect with potential clients through open-source leads and convert them into long-term customers for our e-commerce services (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.).
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Call potential clients using open-source leads (Existing Sellers, Google, IndiaMART, social media, etc.)
• Pitch our e-commerce account management services
• Understand client requirements & explain how we can grow their business
• Handle objections & close deals effectively
• Follow up with interested leads regularly
• Maintain daily call reports in CRM/Excel
• Coordinate with team for smooth client onboarding
• Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets
🎯 Requirements:
• 0 months – 1 years experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales
• Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Confident in cold calling & handling rejections
• Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart or online selling is a plus
• Self-motivated & target-oriented mindset
